Request Membership

Fill out the form below to request membership to the TIS online community. The "Member Group" field designates what type of member you are and has specific privileges associated with it. Most of the options are self-explanatory. We are currently accepting members who are in high school and up. The "Former Affiliate" member group is for anyone that is high school age or older that is or was somehow affiliated with TIS. This includes alumni, former faculty and staff, and former students that did not graduate from TIS but are now high school age or older.
